Go Gay Marriage
Here we are in 2008 trying to legislate relationships. A legal contract which is what marriage is in the eyes of the state should be open to all. Most of us think of marriage in terms of a religious construct which is great when you are religious. But a non religious person can still get married. Limiting the population of relationships that can enter into civil contract is discriminatory and embarrassing. No one is asking for same sex marriage in a church, the state doesn't require churches to consider every citizens' civil rights but the state has a constitution to follow. THe constitution clearly takes issue with discriminatory behavior.

Change is hard. Religious beliefs run deep. Yet, in this instance I believe that there will always be two sides, as people have super hard beliefs that will be hard to change.
